I don't know about you, but I personally get excited when I find a new album to listen to from cover to cover.( I LOVE MUSIC). I recently picked up the new Janelle Monae and I love it!
The energy this woman brings to the table is ridiculous. A lot of people find her weird and judge her before they actually get a chance to see what she and her music are about. I must admit I first said Hmm I don't know if this album is going to live up to the hype, but I'm eating my words when I say she won me as a fan.
P.S. This is one beautiful woman!
You can just sense the passion and hunger she has for her music through her voice and lyrics. The way this album was put together is one of the best I have heard at the moment. I can get used to listening to an album without having to skip any song, it makes it easier for me to enjoy it to the fullest.
